The consumption of PGR is evaluated from the progressive absorbance decrease measured at 540 nm in the thermostatted wells of a multimode microplate reader. The area under the curve (AUC) of these kinetic data is assessed by their integration up to a time such that (A/A0) reached a value of 0.2. All experiments are carried out in triplicate.
