Test portion is extracted with methanol–H2O (8 + 2). Extract is ltered, diluted with water to specied solvent concentration, and applied to a}nity column containing antibodies specic to aflatoxin B1. Aflatoxin B1 is removed from a}nity column with methanol and quantied by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (LC) with postcolumn derivatization (PCD) involving bromination.
