This method is for the direct determination of single phospholipids (PE, phosphatidylethanolamine; PA, phosphatidic acid; PI, phosphatidylinositol; PC, phosphatidylcholine) in lecithin by high-performance liquid chromatography (References, 1). This method can be used for oil-containing and oil-free lecithin and lecithin fractions; not applicable to lyso-PC and lyso-PE.
