This method determines the yield of cellulose from cottonseed linters, specifically that amount of dry cellulose remaining after linters are pressure cooked and washed by this procedure. Values are expressed as a percentage of the “as received” sample. Applicable to cottonseed linters and cottonseed hull fiber.
