This International Standard specifies a rapid method for the determination of the oil and moisture contents of commercial oilseeds, using a pulsed nuclear magnetic resonance (pNMR) spectrometer. The method has been tested on rapeseed, soybeans, linseeds, and sunflower seeds.2 It applies to oilseeds with a moisture content of less than 10%.3
