The method establishes a criterion for evaluating the accuracy and precision of various viscoelastic and viscosity instruments on an ongoing basis. Applicable to the evaluation of the validity of measurements from rheological instruments when they are obtained on fluid and semisolid materials such as oils, fats, and products produced from vegetable oilseed materials.
